The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, however the room was very smelly and bed linen were very dirty.

Its friendly, attentive and honest staff. I accidentally left an envelope containing money on the bed, but didn't realise it until much later in the evening when I returned to the room to find the envelope on my bed (with all the money intact). The housekeeping staff should be commended for their honesty. Overall, the employees in the other departments - lobby and restaurant - were equally gracious and assisted me in making my stay in the hotel an enjoyable and memorable experience.
My room (214) was behind a steel rod factory, which abruptly woke me up with the noise from all the tossing around of the rods every morning. And inconsiderate guests kept me awake throughout the night with their incessantly loud chattering and TV volume. Hotel staff should have asked these guests to be more considerate and co-operative. Will request for a room (ending in odd number), which faces the main entrance (and should be less noisy and disruptive), for my next trip in april 2013
